Barcelona Not the Final Stop For Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Monday, 23rd November 2009
With Zlatan Ibrahimovic seemingly settled in Barcelona and earning high praise from his team-mates, many feel the Swedish striker has finally found the right place to see out his career. With players of the highest quality in Lionel Messi, Xavi Hernandez, and Andres Iniesta providing him service and linking up with him in attack, Ibrahimovic is living the striker’s dream. His agent, Mino Raiola however, feels the 28-year-old will keep his options open and could even return to Italy after his Barcelona adventure.
"With him I exclude nothing. If there comes a day when he becomes tired of Barcelona he could come back (to Italy)," he said to Radio Radio
Ibrahimovic, who is currently playing for his fifth football club at senior level, has not stayed at a club for more than four years. If Barcelona continue to play to the standard of last season though, the skilful striker may find it difficult to leave a side with so much talent and success.
