Paul Hart Leaves Portsmouth Job
Tuesday, 24th November 2009
Portsmouth have decided to part company with Paul Hart. The 56-year-old had led the south coast side to a disasterous start to the Premier League and leaves Pompey sitting bottom of the table with just seven points from 13 games.
It has been reported that Hart was offered a role as a technical director, to remain at the club, but turned it down.
It seems likely that director of football Avram Grant will step into Hart’s shoes and face the very difficult task of guiding the club up the Premier League table.
