Saturday, 28th November 2009
Chelsea’s Italian boss has told the press that he sees himself at Stamford Bridge for the long haul, building a dynasty akin to that of Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United.
The former AC Milan boss stated: "My objective is to maintain and keep this position for a long time. I’ve enjoyed being here and I’m a young coach. Chelsea is like a family."
Carlo Ancelotti has certainly given all the signs that he can become a success and deliver the Champions League trophy club owner Roman Abramovich craves. The Italian, when quized on how long he could remain in London said, "Ten years? Why not 20?"
Chelsea face Arsenal this Sunday in a crucial match which should test both teams’ title credentials.
