Granada Chase Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool Admired Medo

Friday, 27th January, 2012

An English Premier League trio of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool could see highly-rated Sierra Leone midfielder Medo pitch up in La Liga.

Medo is believed to have interested the three Premier League giants, but Spanish side Granada are pushing ahead with their bid to tempt the 24-year-old to La Liga.

Sources close to the club, which has strong ties to Serie A side Udinese, have confirmed that Medo is on Granada’s shopping list.

The defensive midfielder, who also boast Finnish citizenship after a four-year spell in the country, a fact which boosts his attractiveness given it provides an EU passport, currently plays for Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade.

Medo moved to the Serbian powerhouses in 2010 from Finnish champions HJK Helsinki.

The player has also clocked up Champions League experience and made five appearances in the group stage of the competition last season.
