Carlo Ancelotti will hand Zlatan Ibrahimovic his debut for Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow, when the French giants meet MLS outfit DC United in a friendly.

Ibrahimovic completed his big money move from AC Milan to the French capital ten days ago and his arrival presents PSG with the marquee name they have been searching for since the sovereign wealth fund of Qatar took over.

The expectations on the 30-year-old’s head are huge – and Ibrahimovic will make a start in the low key friendly clash against DC United.

"He will get at least 30 minutes of playing time", said PSG coach Ancelotti.

"I put him in the squad and he deserves that after a good week of training."

Ancelotti also believes he has the talent at his disposal in the Swede to fire the French outfit to a higher level.

"Zlatan is an exceptional player.

"As a professional he can help the team to reach a higher level."
