Paris Saint-Germain striker Guillaume Hoarau appears to have moved a little closer towards the Parc des Princes exit door.

According to French radio station France Bleu, the 28-year-old has not been included in PSG’s list of players to travel to Qatar for a training camp from 28th December until 3rd January.

Hoarau has been linked with making a move away from PSG for the last year, as the French giants splashed the cash on the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ezequiel Lavezzi, making the striker’s job of commanding a regular first team spot all the more difficult.

The forward has been mooted as a target for English Premier League outfit Everton, while in France Monaco are thought to be keen.

The player’s omission from PSG’s winter training camp may well be a further sign that his days under Carlo Ancelotti are numbered.

Hoarau joined PSG in 2008 from Le Havre and has won eight caps at international level for France.

This season the 28-year-old has made six appearances in Ligue 1 for PSG, though five of those have come from the bench.

He has scored two goals in all competitions for the French giants in the current campaign.
