Guillaume Hoarau has been made two lucrative offers to head to China, which is tempting the Paris Saint-Germain striker, according to French radio station RMC.
Hoarau left PSG’s winter training camp with the permission of the club to hold talks with interested parties, of which there are believed to be four.
Those are Chinese sides Shanghai Shenhua and Dalian Aerbin, along with English Premier League pair Everton and Sunderland.
Now the 28-year-old has held talks with Shanghai Shenhua and Dalian Aerbin, which both having offered packages which would see his PSG salary doubled if he makes the move to China.
Hoarau is believed to be very tempted by the proposals, but while he would earn healthily in China, it would be at the expense of the sporting aspect of his career, as the English Premier League is the alternative.
The French hitman is now expected to hear what Everton and Sunderland are willing to put on the table.
It is not yet clear whether PSG are seeking a transfer fee for Hoarau, as he is surplus to requirements and has only six months remaining on his contract at the Parc des Princes.
The former Le Havre hitman has made just six appearances in Ligue 1 so far this season.
