Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has explained that he hopes David Beckham agrees to extend his stay in the French capital into the 2013/14 campaign.
Beckham joined PSG on the final day of the January transfer window, sealing a deal running until the end of this season.
The 37-year-old has fitted in well at the Parc des Princes, making four appearances in Ligue 1 so far for Ancelotti’s men.
And it has been suggested he could remain with the club for next season.

And that is something Ancelotti would not mind at all.
"I am completely in favour of David Beckham extending his contract", the Italian explained at a press conference.
Beckham could also yet make his presence felt in the Champions League, where PSG are due to battle Barcelona for a semi-final spot.
