Chelsea outcast Florent Malouda has explained he cannot wait to leave the Blues, as he is relishing the chance to express himself once again on the pitch.
The French winger has been frozen out of the first team picture by Chelsea this season, not featuring in a single game for the senior side in the current campaign.
Malouda was linked with leaving Stamford Bridge over the summer and again in January, but stayed put.
However, with a contract due to expire at the end of the season, the former Lyon man is set to be on the move sooner rather than later – and he has lifted the lid on his thoughts and motivations.

"I don’t have the right to play in matches", he acknowledged to Eurosport, "but I put my boots on every day. And not only once a day!
"I have this capability to adapt which makes me successful at a high level.
"I am a very patient and a very determined person.
"What is difficult is when there are rumours: whether it be on my family, my intentions, things on the left, things on the right. But after a while everything goes back to normal.
"I am someone who expresses himself on the pitch and I cannot wait to go back [onto the pitch] to start expressing myself once again."
Malouda joined Chelsea in 2007 from Lyon and has picked up a number of honours with the English side.
The Frenchman has pocketed one Premier League title, two FA Cups and one Champions League at Stamford Bridge.
