Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini is attracting interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid, who could wade into the chase for his signature in the summer.

According to Belgian broadcaster RTBF, sources in Spain have hinted at a growing admiration for Fellaini at the Bernabeu, with the Toffees star highly rated by Los Blancos.

Fellaini is not without his admirers in the English Premier League however.

European champions Chelsea have been linked with snapping up the former Standard Liege man, while Manchester United have also seen their name associated with the Everton star.

Interest from Real Madrid could vastly complicate Fellaini’s decision though, if he is to leave Goodison Park in the summer.

Real Madrid are already well under way with their summer transfer planning, despite the likelihood that Jose Mourinho will not be at the Bernabeu next season.

The 25-year-old joined Everton in 2008.
