Carlos Tevez’s agent has insisted that he has had no contact with Juventus as speculation over his client’s future heats up.

The Argentine currently turns out for Manchester City, but has been strongly linked with French side Monaco, while Juventus too are also believed to be keen on the hitman.

But the former Manchester United man’s agent has explained that as far as Juventus are concerned there has been no contact.

"Carlos is appreciated by many teams, but the truth is that he has to finish the season with Manchester City first", Kia Joorabchian told Tutto Mercato.

"I want to emphasise the fact that in 2013, I have never spoken to Juventus."

Tevez joined Manchester City in 2009, but has consistently been linked with leaving the Etihad Stadium.

Juventus have already secured one striker for next season, with Athletic Bilbao hitman Fernando Llorente having agreed to land in Turin.
