FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli is still waiting on a call from his Premier League suitors despite an imminent lucrative offer from Ukrainian big-money club Shakhtar Donetsk, according to his agent Daniel Evrard.

Chadli, 23, conjured a total 30 goals (18 scored, 12 assisted) in 44 appearances for both club and country last 2012/13 season – form that a host of top clubs from across Europe are vying to reel in and lock down to their respective home grounds.

Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk are the latest to join the race for Chadli’s signature. Previously, Dutch side Ajax expressed their interest in the Belgian while Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund and Merseyside giants Liverpool are also tipped to be planning a swoop for the Twente man.

But despite the hounds of suitors breathing down his neck, Chadli is still waiting for that golden offer that will bring him to England – his dream.

"It’s hard for him to choose the Ukraine, as everyone around him wants to see him playing in the Premier League every Saturday on the TV", the winger’s agent Evrard told Dutch daily De Telegraaf.

"It is not easy for a young player to make the right decision", the agent added, while hinting his client cannot wait around forever.

"Financially Shakhtar was obviously very attractive and it is difficult to be patient."

Chadli’s contract with Twente is set to expire come the summer of 2014.
