Russian Premier League side Lokomotiv Moscow have made a "very nice" bid for FC Twente left winger Nacer Chadli, says the player’s agent Daniel Evrard, but insists he and his client will still "do some waiting" as they gauge interest coming from his other suitors.

Chadli has been in the crosshairs of quite a few top clubs in Europe during recent months, with big teams like Juventus, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund pondering a swoop for Twente’s pacey Belgian.

But with no concrete offers coming, Chadli has content himself with having to wait for them to come, and they did – just not from the clubs he would have preferred more.

The first formal offer for Chadli came from Ukrainian heavyweights Shakhtar Donetsk, who were willing to part ways with a "very attractive" sum of money to sign the player, and now a comes another lucrative bid, this time from Lokomotiv Moscow.

"The club made a very nice financial bid, but for Nacer, he would still like to do some waiting", Evrard told Het Nieuwsblad.

"The Russian league is top notch and the living conditions in Moscow are also okay for Nacer and his family", the agent added.

Chadli, 23, tallied a total 18 goals and 12 assists in 44 matches in all competitions for both club and country during the 2012/13 campaign – Evrard was quick to hint his client would like more prominent suitors.

"The English, German and Italian leagues are, of course, also very beautiful leagues", Evrard concluded.
