Chelsea are considering loaning Brazilian full-back Wallace to a club in Spain’s La Liga, although Italy’s Serie A and France’s Ligue 1 could also be destinations for the 19-year-old.

The Blues bought the youngster earlier this year, but he has only recently arrived at Stamford Bridge. and the assessment of manager Jose Mourinho is that Wallace should mature a little more in European football before competing for a first team spot at Chelsea.



To this end, last season’s Europa League winners are considering where the player might move to.

According to Fichajes, La Liga is a genuine possibility for Wallace, especially given that another Chelsea starlet, Lucas Piazon, spent the second half of last season at Malaga.

Wallace has been strongly linked with Roma however, who remain firm fans of his talents.

The 19-year-old has represented Brazil at Under-17 and Under-20 level, with his potential well signposted.

The defender joined Chelsea from Fluminense, having been a product of the club’s youth set-up.
