Inter are talking to Chelsea about taking Brazilian full-back Wallace on loan for the forthcoming campaign.
The Blues have been looking for a suitable destination for Wallace to dip his toe into European football and believe they may have found it in Inter, one of manager Jose Mourinho’s former clubs.
According to Sky Italia, talks are under way between the two clubs and an agreement could be close to being sealed.
Chelsea bought Wallace from Brazilian side Fluminense earlier this year, but the defender only recently arrived at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are keen for the 19-year-old to receive regular playing time in 2013/14, something not on offer under Mourinho.
The Brazilian is a product of Fluminense’s youth academy.
Wallace has represented his country at international level with the Under-17s and Under-20s.
