Robin van Persie is closing in on Dennis Bergkamp, who sits second on the list of all-time goalscorers for the Holland national team.
The Manchester United striker scored a 94th minute penalty for Louis van Gaal's men against Estonia last night, to help Holland salvage a 2-2 draw.
The goal is Van Persie's 36th for his country and places him a single goal behind Arsenal legend Bergkamp, who scored 37 in a career spanning from 1990 until 2000 and taking in 79 caps.
Van Persie has so far won 77 caps and now has 36 strikes to his name.
Holland's leading goalscorer remains Patrick Kluivert, who hit the back of the net 40 times for the Oranje in 79 caps.
In 2014 World Cup qualifying Holland are top of Group D with 19 points from seven games.
They next travel to Andorra on Tuesday.
