Chelsea playmaker Kevin De Bruyne has ended injury fears by insisting he is fully fit and ready to play in Belgium's World Cup qualifier against Croatia this Friday.

De Bruyne has slipped out of the first team picture at Chelsea and there were fears for his fitness after Belgium coach Marc Wilmots confirmed he would have a scan on his ankle while with the national team.

But De Bruyne will be fit to get some much-needed playing time under his belt in Zagreb.

"Just to say: I'm fully fit for the game against Croatia. No injury at all", the Belgian schemer tweeted.
