Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has sought to distance the club from speculation that they could sign Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea this coming summer.

Courtois is in the third of three season-long loans with Spanish side Atletico Madrid and the Belgian has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in La Liga.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted Courtois will not continue his loan with Atletico Madrid into next season, while both Barcelona and Real Madrid have been linked with bidding for the Belgian.

But Ancelotti, when questioned at a press conference about the possibility of Los Blancos moving for the custodian, replied: "I don't think we'll sign Courtois.

"We have two great goalkeepers so we are solid in goal."

Courtois has warned that he is not willing to return to Chelsea simply to warm the bench though, with Petr Cech established as number 1 at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgium goalkeeper will also be looking to impress potential suitors at this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
