Patrice Evra insists he will only ever consider leaving Manchester United if "the love breaks down", adding he is happy to continue amid transfer links

Inter Milan have most recently been linked with Evra, who could well see fellow Red Devil Nemanja Vidic leave for the San Siro in the summer.

With his own contract running out this June, Evra has not voluntarily opted to leave yet, though there are few signs of a renewal.

Given his age as well, few would perhaps be surprised if Manchester United allow him to leave, but Evra appears keen to stay on.

"I love Manchester", Evra, who has been at Old Trafford since January 2006, told French radio station RMC. "When my love for Manchester breaks, then I'll try other possibilities.

"At the moment I am thinking only of the present. In May I will be 33 years old. I want to have fun at the World Cup, enjoy every moment and give my best."

Evra has been included in France's squad for the 5th March friendly against Holland, which is seen as a precursor for Didier Deschamps' World Cup plans.
