Jose Mourinho knows all the psychological tricks to tease out the best possible performances from his Chelsea players, Andre Schurrle has revealed.
The Portuguese recently coaxed out a match-winning, hat-trick hitting performance from the Germany international against Fulham and Schurrle is feeling full of confidence.

The forward, who arrived at Chelsea from Bayer Leverkusen last summer, believes that much more is demanded of him in England compared to his homeland.
Schurrle told Kicker: "When you see my battles here and compare them with those of my time in the Bundesliga, they are worlds apart."

The Germany international also revealed Mourinho's "absolute hunger for success", with the former Real Madrid boss knowing all the tricks of the managerial trade.
"He has mastered the psychological tricks, with which he tickles and teases the players to get something special – it works with me too.
