Aston Villa defender Jores Okore has revealed that his side are raring to face Manchester United at Old Trafford tomorrow.

The Villains, who lost 4-1 to Stoke City at the weekend, are currently 12th in the Premier League with 34 points from 30 games.

However, Okore insists that Aston Villa are aiming to come out with a positive result against the Red Devils due to his side’s decent away record this term.

"Everyone is raring to go at Old Trafford. We want to make it really tough for them and take some points off them. That's our mentality always”, the defender told his club’s official site.

"Our away form has been very strong this season. It would be great to add more points from now until the end of the season.”

Okore, who has been sidelined since sustaining ligament damage in September, was also full of praise for manager Paul Lambert.

"The manager is important for us. He makes us play with our hearts. He drills into us the need to play for the club and for the fans and for each other”, he added.

"He's a great guy. He pushes us to give our very best in training and in games. He's a motivational coach. That's a great thing to be in football."

Okore joined Aston Villa from FC Nordsjaelland during the summer transfer window and has managed to make just four appearances for his new employers.

The 21-year-old, whose contract with Villa runs until 2017, has been capped seven times by Denmark.
