Liverpool striker Luis Suarez thinks that he can get even better in the future and believes that this has been one of the best seasons of his career.

The Uruguayan has made 28 appearances for Liverpool in the Premier League so far this season, scoring 29 goals and providing 20 assists, to top the scoring charts.

The former Ajax striker believes that he can still get better as a footballer and thinks that the process of improvement for a professional like him never stops.

"You always want to improve as you progress through the different seasons. If you don't want to constantly improve, then you might as well give up”, the 27-year-old told the club’s official site.

The Reds striker has expressed his delight with how this season has panned out so far for the club and for him personally.

"I've had some good seasons in the past, with some very good strike partners, but this season has felt very good and I'm really enjoying my football."

Suarez is known for his goalscoring abilities as well as some of his temperamental issues on the field. One of the first such instances was when the Uruguayan was red carded for head-butting a referee at the age of 15, playing for Nacional’s youth team.
