Paris Saint-Germain have narrowed their managerial shortlist down to Arsenal's Arsene Wenger and Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone, if they choose to replace Laurent Blanc.
The French champions were disappointed at slipping out of the Champions League to Chelsea recently and despite public backing for Blanc, he has yet to pen a new contract at the Parc des Princes.

PSG are considering who might come after the former defender if they choose to make a change.
According to Le Parisien, PSG's preferred options are Wenger and Simeone.

Wenger's contract with Arsenal is due to expire this summer and the Frenchman, although having promised to sign an extension, has not done so yet.
Simeone meanwhile has impressed with his feat of transforming Atletico Madrid into La Liga and Champions League contenders on a limited budget.
The Argentine is highly rated at the Parc des Princes and would become a serious contender to take over if Blanc exits.
For now however PSG's focus remains on the weekend's Coupe de la Ligue final against Lyon.
