Aston Villa youngster Callum Robinson has thanked fellow forwards Gabriel Agbonlahor and Andreas Weimann for their continuous support.

Being recently elevated from the youth ranks to the first team squad, he feels that his transition was made easy with assistance from senior squad members.

Not only the two strikers, the 19-year-old thanks everyone at the club for making him feel at home from the start of his senior career.

"With Gabby and Andi, I look up to them because they have done what I want to do in terms of coming through the academy", Robinson told his club's official site.

"They always just say to me what I need to do.

"Even if it is about taking on a player, they tell me not to be scared and to do my best.

"I feel the other lads have been like that with me too.

"Everyone has been really good with me and it has been a really good experience."

Robinson has been impressive for the Aston Villa Under-21 team this season, having played in 17 League matches and has scored 11 goals. He has also provided his team-mates with five equally important assists.
