Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has expressed his delight at playing alongside Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge and believes he has a lot to learn about scoring goals from both of them.

Sterling made his Liverpool debut in a league match against Wigan Athletic in 2012 at the tender age of 17 and since then has established himself as important member of the Reds squad.

"It's great playing with players like Luis and Dan", the 19-year-old told the club’s official site.

"They create chances out of nothing, and for someone like me, I've just got to be in and around it and be there to support.”

Sterling accepts that he has a lot to learn from the duo and believes that there is always an opportunity to score goals with them around as they not only score but create opportunities for their team-mates

"You might not get a goal every game, but there'll be opportunities with the chances they create, so I've just got to be around the box and learning from them on how they're getting into the box and making runs.

"That's what I am trying to do – learn from both of them and try to get my goal ratio up."

Liverpool are currently top of the Premier League table on 77 points and are closing in on their first league title in 24 years.
