Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has revealed he would be disappointed not to win the PFA Player of the Year award this season.

Toure has been included on the shortlist for the coveted award along with Liverpool trio Luis Suarez, Steven Gerrard and Daniel Sturridge, Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Southampton's Adam Lallana.

The Ivorian has put in a strong season for the Citizens this term, but Suarez is the firm favourite to win the award.

And Toure claims he would be disappointed if he were not to pip the Uruguayan to the accolade.
