Chelsea winger Eden Hazard was disappointed with his side’s style of play during their 3-1 loss to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-final second leg on Wednesday.

The Blues came in for criticism due to their ultra defensive approach in the goalless draw in the first leg and their 2-0 win over Liverpool at the weekend.

But Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho’s tactics were shredded to pieces by Atletico Madrid, who put three goals past them at Stamford Bridge to go through to the Champions League final.

And Hazard, who has scored 17 goals in 47 appearances in all competitions this season, is the latest to criticise Chelsea’s defensive style of play.
