England and Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has revealed that he is always eager to help young players, "whether in the training or in a game."

Henderson will be part of a young England World Cup squad, which includes the likes of Luke Shaw, Daniel Sturridge and Ross Barkley among others.

While Henderson himself is relatively new to the squad, having played just eight international matches for England, he is still eager to extend his helping hand towards his young compatriots.

"I always try and help the younger players, whether in training or in a game," the 23-year-old said via the FA.
