The FIFA Ethics Committee has promised to complete a full report into the bidding process for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups by the end of July.

The decision to award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar is the centre of the spotlight at present following an investigation by the Sunday Times containing numerous emails suggesting former FIFA vice-president Mohamed Bin Hammam was paying bribes of £3m to football officials in Africa, Australasia and the Caribbean to secure support for the bid.

There have been calls for the 2022 World Cup to be taken off Qatar as a result.

And the FIFA Ethics Committee will consider all the evidence available before presenting their report into the matter.

"After months of interviewing witnesses and gathering materials, we intend to complete that phase of our investigation by June 9, 2014, and to submit a report to the Adjudicatory Chamber approximately six weeks thereafter", FIFA's Ethics Committee said in a statement.

"The report will consider all evidence potentially related to the bidding process, including evidence collected from prior investigations."
