Alexis Sanchez has given his approval to a move to Juventus this summer, even though Barcelona remain reluctant to part with him.

Juventus have been on the trail of the Chilean winger for a while now and it has emerged that he is willing to move back to Italy.

The Bianconeri have prepared a huge pay package of around €4.1m per year to entice Sanchez to Turin this summer, according to Tuttosport.

Barcelona have still not given their formal approval to the deal and remains to be seen whether they are willing to offer a better contract to tie down Sanchez at the Nou Camp.

Liverpool have shown an interest in the winger, but they need to match the wage offer of Juventus if they want the Chilean at Anfield next season.

Sanchez is in line to earn much more than he is currently earning at Barcelona and the huge pay cheque is said to have turned the scales towards Juventus.

The Chilean previously played and excelled in Serie A for Udinese before his move to Barcelona in 2011 for €26m.

Sanchez clocked up 55 appearances for the Blaugrana this season, scoring 21 goals and providing 17 assists.
