Atletico Madrid centre-back Miranda has offers on the table from Barcelona and Manchester United, and is set to decide between the duo.

Miranda today admitted that he has "several proposals" to switch teams this summer and also suggested that his buy-out clause of €30m is not set in stone.

According to Madrid-based daily Marca, Barcelona and Manchester United have both made proposals to the Brazilian defender in the hope of signing him in time for next season.

Atletico Madrid, who are battling to stop their squad being raided after a season which saw them win La Liga and reach the final of the Champions League, remain keen to keep hold of Miranda.

However, Los Rojiblancos have a fight on their hands given interest from two of Europe's biggest clubs.

Transfer talk surrounding Miranda is not likely to die down over the World Cup on account of the player not featuring in the competition.

Despite producing a praiseworthy campaign with Atletico Madrid, Miranda was not included in Luiz Felipe Scolari's Brazil squad.
