West Ham have completed the capture of left-back Aaron Cresswell from Championship side Ipswich Town.
Cresswell had a medical with the Hammers earlier today ahead of a move to Upton Park, and is believed to have cost the Premier League club a fee in excess of £2m.
The news of the deal being completed was confirmed by West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan's son, Jack, via his Twitter account.
Jack Sullivan said: "Aaron Cresswell, PFA championship team left back is now a WHU player."
The signing brings to an end West Ham's hunt for a new left-back, which had seen the club linked with a number of players.

Cresswell had also been wanted by Fulham and West Brom, but the Hammers have won the race for his signature.
Tranmere Rovers will be due 20 per cent of the fee, due a resale clause inserted when they sold Cresswell to Ipswich.
