Divock Origi is in Liverpool to put the finishing touches to his move to the Merseyside giants.

The Reds have moved quickly to push a deal for Origi over the line after Real Madrid looked to hijack their move at the last minute.

A fee had already been agreed with Lille for Origi, thought to be between €10m and €14m, along with the fact that he will spent next season at the French club, on a season-long loan.

According to Sky Italia, Origi is currently at Liverpool for a medical and to sign his contract with the club.

The striker, who starred with Belgium at this summer's World Cup, is then due to return to his homeland on Friday.
