Aston Villa are prepared to sell Spanish left-back Antonio Luna this summer and the player is closing in on a move to Hellas Verona.

Luna only moved to Aston Villa last summer, switching to the Premier League club on a three-year contract.

The former Sevilla man had impressed on loan at Real Mallorca in the latter half of the 2012/13 campaign, convincing Aston Villa to snap him up.

However, he has slowly slipped out of favour at Villa Park and is now heading for the exit door.

According to Seville-based daily Estadio Deportivo, Aston Villa have opened the door for the 23-year-old to leave Villa Park.
