Stoke City have joined the scramble for in-demand free agent Keko, who is weighing up offers from a number of clubs.

The young Spanish winger is a free agent this summer, having parted ways with Italian outfit Catania following their relegation from Serie A.

Keko has received a number of offers, but has vowed to take his time before deciding on his new destination.

Indeed, the 22-year-old is at pains to get his next move right, being determined to pick a club where he can play on a regular basis and fit into the style employed.

And, amid indecision from Barcelona winger Bojan Krkic, Stoke have appeared on the scene for Keko, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes, offering the Spaniard a new home for the upcoming campaign.

Stoke have been chasing Krkic, but the former Roma man is split over joining the Potters or remaining in Spain with Deportivo La Coruna.

Keko started his career in the youth ranks at Atletico Madrid, but struggled to make the senior grade and was sent on a series of loans, spending time with Real Valladolid, FC Cartagena and Girona.

The winger's deal with Los Rojiblancos expired in 2011 and he headed for Italy and Catania, penning a three-year contract with the Sicilian side.

Keko scored on his Serie A debut for Catania, which only came in 2013 following a spell on loan at Grosseto.
