West Ham have snapped up Enner Valencia from Mexican outfit Pachuca, the co-chairman's son has revealed.

The Hammers had been pushing through a deal for the striker, but despite agreeing personal terms with the player, had been waiting to finalise their agreement with Pachuca.

Now it appears that has been done, with David Sullivan's son, Jack Sullivan, claiming the deal is over the line.

He said via his Twitter account: "Enner the "eagle" Valencia has signed for whu!

"After having a connecting flight to Madrid from Quito #COYI."
