Federico Viviani and his advisors are due to meet Leeds United officials this afternoon.

The Italian midfielder is thought to have opted to join the Elland Road outfit on a season-long loan deal from Serie A giants Roma.

However, Viviani will take the pulse of Leeds and, following discussions with the English side, make a final call on his destination for next season.

According to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the talks are to take place this afternoon, with the player and his representatives in attendance.

Viviani spent the latter half of last season on loan at Latina Calcio, helping the club reach the Serie B playoffs.

The 22-year-old will link up with a number of players already secured from the Italian market by the Yorkshire giants.
