Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc has refused to comment on his side's bid to sign Real Madrid winger Angel di Maria.

The French champions are chasing the Argentina international, along with English giants Manchester United. Real Madrid meanwhile are open to selling Di Maria as they look to recoup funds following the purchase of James Rodriguez from Monaco.

It has been claimed Di Maria prefers PSG over Manchester United, though UEFA's financial fair play rules mean doing the deal is tough for the French side, who are looking at offering Real Madrid a season-long loan with a mandatory purchase option for Di Maria; Real Madrid would be guaranteed the agreed fee, but not until next summer.

Blanc though is not ready to further increase speculation around a move for Di Maria.

Speaking at a press conference, Blanc said, when asked about Di Maria: "I'll leave you to speculate.
