AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has admitted that the Rossoneri are firm fans of Arsenal forward Joel Campbell.

Milan have been strongly linked with moving to snap up the Costa Rica international from the Gunners, with a suggestion they could even ask for him to be included in a deal to sell Mario Balotelli to Arsene Wenger's men.

And Galliani admits that Campbell is one of the players that the Rossoneri are keen on.

Asked about interest in Campbell along with Torino winger Alessio Cerci, the Milan deal-maker told MilanNews.it: "Like many others, the players have qualities which are pleasing to our coach."

Campbell spent last season on loan at Greek champions Olympiacos and it remains unclear whether Arsenal will consider parting with him this summer.

The forward was also in fine form at the World Cup as Costa Rica sprung a surprise and reached the quarter-finals.

Milan could only finish eighth in Serie A last term and are looking to bolster their squad to compete at the top of the Italian top flight in 2014/15.
