Santi Cazorla believes that winning the FA Cup has taken a weight off Arsenal's shoulders and is confident they can claim another trophy in the upcoming campaign.

The Gunners ended a nine-year trophy drought by winning the FA Cup last season, an achievement which brought huge relief at the Emirates Stadium and provided a trophy for players who had not tasted success under Arsene Wenger before.

Now Cazorla is confident that more silverware can quickly arrive at the club, with a further boost having been brought with the signings of Alexis Sanchez and Mathieu Debuchy, and more to come.

"I have good expectations for my third season at Arsenal", he told Spanish daily Marca.

"I think, although we are surely going to sign more players, the signings of Alexis Sanchez and Debuchy demonstrate that we are building a good team. Hopefully we can raise another title this season. That's the goal."

And the FA Cup victory has changed the picture in terms of pressure, the Spanish midfielder believes.

"I think it changed the pressure we will face this season when we begin.

"We are somehow freed.

"The team, after so many years without winning winning anything, felt the tension at times."
