Napoli are ready to launch a €13m bid for Germany’s World Cup winning midfielder Christoph Kramer.
The 23-year-old moved to Borussia Monchengladbach from Bayern Leverkusen last summer on a two-year loan deal and has so far made 34 appearances for the club.
Kramer did confirm earlier this month that there has been contact from Napoli and showered praised on Rafael Benitez.
"Such an offer is always interesting, especially because I regard the coach highly", said the midfielder, while then insisting at present he has no decision to make.
Napoli are ready to move forward with their interest and make a bid of around €13m to Leverkusen for Kramer, according to Tuttosport.

The Italians are optimistic that a deal can be concluded for the 23-year-old soon and they are ready to offer a five-year contract to him.
Kramer still has one year left on his loan deal to Monchengladbach and it remains to be seen how the club react if Leverkusen accept Napoli’s bid for him.
