Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade admits that an offer of around €50m for Juan Cuadrado would be hard to turn down.

The Colombian winger’s future has been a source of constant speculation throughout the summer and Barcelona and Manchester United have been touted as his next possible destination.

It was widely claimed that Manchester United have already placed a big money offer on the table, while Barcelona are trying to assess options to sign him.

However, Prade has stressed that they have not received a single concrete offer for Cuadrado this summer.

The Italian also added that he hopes to have an honest discussion with Cuadrado once the player returns to the club next month.

“We hope he stays with us but I must say how things are”, Prade told Sky Italia

“We have never received any official offers and are continuously listening to the player and his agent.

“He comes back on 4th or 5th August and we will have a frank discussion”

However, the Fiorentina deal-maker accepts that a big money bid of around €50m for the Colombian would be hard to turn down for the Italian side.

“It would be very difficult to refuse an offer of €50m but we’ll wait and see what happens.”
