Chelsea starlet Matej Delac has confirmed he will not be at Stamford Bridge for the upcoming season as he is still unable to obtain a work permit.

The 21-year-old was included in Chelsea's squad for the club's Austrian training camp, but his stay with his team-mates is once again set to be a short one, with yet another loan spell on the cards for Delac.

The Croatian goalkeeper has endured a journeyman existence, with loan spells at Vitesse, Ceske Budejovice, Vitoria Guimaraes, Inter Zapresic, Vojvodina and FK Sarajevo.

"I renewed my contract for another two years, but in any case I will not stay at Chelsea because I cannot get permission to work", Delac told Sportske Novosti.

"So I'll spend another year on loan, but I do not know where yet.
