New Juventus signing Patrice Evra has urged the Italian champions to raid his old club Manchester United for winger Nani.

Evra recently completed a switch from Manchester United to Juventus, being handed the number 33 shirt in Turin.

And the veteran left-back has already made a recommendation as to who could join him through the Bianconeri door, as Juventus look to add a winger to their ranks.

According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Evra has advised Juventus to make a move for Nani, whose future at Old Trafford is in doubt.

Nani admitted after the World Cup that he could be on the move from Manchester United this summer and it is unclear whether he is part of new manager Louis van Gaal's plans.

At present Juventus prefer Bayern Munich winger Xherdan Shaqiri to Nani, but Evra has fiercely championed the skills of his former team-mate.

Nani joined Manchester United just 18 months after Evra and enjoyed seven years alongside the Frenchman at Old Trafford.
