Speculation over a move for Arturo Vidal to Manchester United has moved up a notch amid claims that his agent is heading to England for talks with club officials.

Juventus midfielder Vidal has been continually linked with Manchester United over the summer, despite the Italian champions insisting he is not for sale.

New Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has stressed he is counting upon Vidal for the upcoming campaign, but the player's head is thought to have been turned by the prospect of a move to Old Trafford, which would come with a lucrative pay packet.

Now, according to Corriere dello Sport, the midfielder's agent, Fernando Felicevich, is heading to England in an attempt to work on the deal with Manchester United.

Vidal is determined not to rock the boat at Juventus, but he is thought to have privately instructed Felicevich to facilitate his move to England.
