Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to sell in-demand midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer, but only for €25m.

The French champions have reluctantly agreed that Rabiot can leave the Parc des Princes in the current transfer window, after he refused to put pen to paper on a contract extension, and have authorised his representatives to look for a suitable destination.

The France Under-21 international has just 12 months left on his current contract with PSG and is reluctant to extend his stay due to concerns over a lack of first team football.

Rabiot is not short of suitors lining up to take him from PSG, with English outfit Arsenal, and Italian sides Juventus and Roma his most ardent admirers.

PSG though will not allow Rabiot to depart on the cheap and are determined to extract a transfer fee befitting his status as one of the most promising young midfielders in French football.

And so Laurent Blanc's men want a minimum fee of €25m for Rabiot, according to RMC, with the French champions not minded to take a smaller sum.

Rabiot could choose to sit out his contract at the Parc des Princes and depart in the summer of 2015 on a free transfer.

However, the midfielder is keen to play regularly throughout 2014/15 and is eyeing a move. Whether any of his suitors are willing to meet the asking price PSG have slapped on his head though remains to be seen.

The 19-year-old made 25 appearances in Ligue 1 for PSG last term.
