Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho feels that playing against newly-promoted teams is always a difficult task.

Mourinho's Blues will take on last season’s Championship winners Leicester City at Stamford Bridge tomorrow, in their second consecutive Premier League match against a newly promoted side.

The Portuguese believes that it will be a difficult game against the Foxes as they are a championship-winning team who are eager to prove their mettle against the big boys.

“It is difficult”, the Chelsea manager said in a press conference this afternoon.

“Leicester are champions, they are coming with a winning mentality.”

The former Real Madrid manager feels that playing against the newly-promoted teams is always difficult as they always fight for every point in their bid to avoid relegation.

“In the Premier League every point is important especially for the teams fighting for survival.”

Mourinho also praised Leicester’s performance against Everton last weekend, in a 2-2 draw, and feels Chelsea have a fight on their hands tomorrow.

“Playing against Everton is always difficult and coming from behind to get a point against them is not easy.

“They are coming here to get points.”

Chelsea beat Burnley 3-1 in their first match of the season.
