Inter Milan new boy Gary Medel has revealed that he had offers from a number of other clubs, but always wanted to join the Italian giants once they came calling.
The Chilean moved to Italy this August after his former club Cardiff City were relegated from the Premier league.
Having finally secured his dream move, the 27-year-old is now keen to prove his worth for his new team, as they prepare to kick off their domestic season later this month.
"Yes, I had other offers but I only wanted to join Inter. I'm here at last", Medel told his club's official site.

"Physically I feel great, I've been training with the squad since the day before yesterday and I'm ready to play."
He also thanked the club for making the effort to bring him to the San Siro, having also given him a warm welcome upon his arrival.
"I'm very happy to be at this big club and I'd like to thank them for the efforts they made to bring me here.
"My team-mates gave me a warm welcome."
