West Ham and Sunderland are chasing Polish international attacking midfielder Ludovic Obraniak, who turns out for Werder Bremen.

The 29-year-old joined Werder Bremen from French outfit Bordeaux in January this year and has so far made ten appearances for the Germans.

However, Werder Bremen manager Robin Dutt is not fully convinced about the merits of keeping the Pole and is ready to listen to offers for him this summer.

The Premier League duo of West Ham and Sunderland are interested in bringing the 29-year-old attacking midfielder to England, according to L’Equipe.

Both clubs are desperate to sign attacking talent before the transfer window closes and Obraniak is a viable option.
