Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has admitted that the French champions are talking to several clubs over wantaway midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The 19-year-old schemer has refused to extend a contract which has just a further year to run at the club and is angling for an exit.

PSG had been hoping to keep Rabiot, but have changed their stance, helped in no small part by what they see as a worsening in the midfielder's attitude in recent days.

Rabiot missed training on Monday after informing the club he had missed his plane, while on Tuesday he arrived late to training and then refused to take part in a group session, complaining of discomfort in his foot.

Steps on the part of the player's representatives to engineer his exit stepped up a notch today, with Rabiot's mother, Veronique, heading to London for talks with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.

Italian sides AC Milan, Juventus and Roma are also interested in snapping up the France Under-21 international, along with Arsenal's rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

And now PSG president Al-Khelaifi has chipped in, confirming that the club are indeed talking to interested parties over Rabiot.

"We are in talks with several clubs for Rabiot", the PSG president was quoted as saying by Sport Mediaset.

The scramble for Rabiot's signature is now set to increase over the coming days, as the closure of the transfer window approaches.
